Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time. This action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, display name, and avatar.
- Your phone number and private profile data.
- Your notifications, saved searches, favorites, and follows.
- Your conversations and messages (anonymized).
- Your payment methods and device registrations.
What we keep
- Transaction and payment records (required for accounting and taxes).
- Request and offer records (anonymized, kept for dispute resolution).
- Reviews you submitted (anonymized, kept for business integrity).
- An audit record showing only a hashed ID and the deletion date.
Business owners
If you own an active business on Kristy, you must transfer or close your business before deleting your account. Contact support@kristy1.com if you need help.
Can't sign in?
If you can't access your account, email support@kristy1.com from the email address associated with your account and we'll help you delete it.
