Your display name, email address, phone number, preferred language, and profile photo.

Business profile data

Business name, address, contact details, services offered, hours, photos, and other information you provide or that we obtain from public sources.

Requests and offers

The content of your service requests, offers you receive or send, messages between users, and quote details.

Your selected area, region, or city used to show nearby businesses and relevant results.

Payment data

Transaction records processed through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Information about how you use the app, such as pages visited, actions taken, and device information.

We use your data to provide and improve the service: to create and manage your account, connect you with businesses, process requests and offers, send notifications, process payments, ensure safety and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each service processes data only as necessary to provide its function:

Supabase (hosting) — Hosts our database and application infrastructure, storing account, request, and business data.

Stripe (payments) — Processes payments and stores payment method information. Your card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.

Resend (email) — Sends transactional and notification emails on our behalf.

Google Maps (maps) — Provides map display and location services.

AI extraction service — Extracts public business information from publicly available sources to build or enrich business listings.

hCaptcha (security) — Checks that the visitor is human on sign-up, login, password reset, and the Contact us form, using the IP address and browser or device signals.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we anonymize or remove your personal data, except for records we must keep for accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, which are retained as required by law.

• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
