Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kristy platform, operated by Kristy App Technologies Inc. ("Kristy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Kristy is a platform that connects customers with businesses. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any service offered through the platform. Any deal, quote, or arrangement is solely between the customer and the business.

As a user of Kristy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and posting requests.
• Use the platform respectfully and lawfully, and not to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Not share contact details (phone, email, address, social media) in messages before a quote is accepted, as this circumvents the platform's safety features.
• Be at least 18 years old.

To protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform, sharing contact details in messages before a quote is accepted is prohibited. Messages containing contact details may be blocked automatically.

Business listings on Kristy may be created by business owners or compiled from publicly available sources. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of business information. If you believe a listing contains incorrect information, please contact us.

Payments on the platform are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe). Kristy is not responsible for payment processing errors, disputes, or chargebacks. Payment terms and conditions are governed by the payment provider's own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kristy App Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
